Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Transit times and delivery days provided at checkout are estimates only. While we strive to ship all orders within one business day from our Melbourne warehouse, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

We may occasionally use alternative carriers or shipping methods if they offer equal or better service than the one selected at checkout.

 

Heavy or Bulky Items

Heavy or oversized items are delivered via standard freight trucks and may require a forklift for unloading at the destination.
If you do not have access to a forklift, please contact us prior to purchase so we can arrange delivery via a tail-lift truck. Additional fees may apply for this service.

Shipping Address Requirements

• A valid street address (no PO Boxes) and contact phone number are required for all deliveries.

• We recommend shipping to a location that is attended during business hours.

• Most shipments are sent with 'Authority to Leave'—items left at unattended premises are the buyer’s responsibility.
